The Dark Lotus 350z Drift Car

The Journey of Shelby’s 2003 Nissan 350z Drift Car Chassis for the 2016 Season!

Very excited to setup and dial in a new chassis, Shelby has definitely become bored with 240sx S Chassis cars as he’s owned over a few dozen(lost count) of them and been Drifting with S13’s on and off the Race Track for over 10 Years.

The 350z was Shelby’s Daily Driver for almost a year and a half.  It got broken into by thieves and damaged and Shelby’s S13 Convertible 240sx he was planing on LS Swapping was becoming way to much money to put into an older chassis he was bored of so he parted out the project!!! And moved onto turning his daily 350z into his new Drift Car!

The 350z is under going some Weight Reduction and Suspension changes for more Angle and better traction! Sparco Racing Bucket Seats & 4-Point Harness will be holding in the Pilot and the Passenger with an 8 Point Full Roll Cage being added to the car.  A Hydro E-Brake system will be added into the car to make initiations and sudden corrections a breeze!

We are in the Process of working on getting more Steering Angle out of the 350z next!
